What the work looks like
Landscape construction
Excavation, hardscape, decks, fencing, planting and shoreline work through the green season.
Grounds maintenance
Turf and grounds on a set schedule for homes and commercial properties across the region.
Snow and ice
Plow trucks, loaders and sidewalk crews through the winter, with a dispatcher on the phone around the clock.
Year-round, not seasonal
The reason we run three divisions is so the work does not stop in November. Crews that build patios in July are plowing lots in January, on the same payroll.
We are fully insured, and the equipment is ours rather than rented.

Winter Shovel Crew
Trenton, ON · $19.00–$21.00 per hour · Seasonal, November 15 – April 15
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways and parking areas alongside an experienced crew. On-call for every storm event, any time of day or night. Physically demanding work that keeps properties safe through the winter.
You will need: a valid G class driver’s licence, a clean driver’s abstract, the ability to answer storm call-outs at any hour, and the physical ability to shovel for extended periods in cold conditions. Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset. You must be available for on-call storm work at any hour, November 15 to April 15.
Experienced Snowplow Driver
Trenton, ON · $23.00–$25.00 per hour · Seasonal, November 15 – April 15
Operate a company-maintained plow truck clearing parking lots, driveways and roadways to a two inch trigger depth, responding to dispatch within six to eight hours. Experienced operators have the opportunity to supervise crews.
You will need: a valid G class driver’s licence, a clean driver’s abstract, a minimum of two years of professional snowplow driving experience, and to live within roughly 45 minutes of our Trenton office.

What helps
- A valid driver’s licence. A DZ is an asset for the winter side.
- Experience running equipment — skid steer, loader, excavator, plow truck.
- Hardscape, planting or turf experience for the green season.
- Showing up. That one matters more than the rest of the list.

Is the work year-round?
It can be. We run three divisions, so crews that build in summer can plow in winter. Early and late in each season the work depends on the weather.
What licence do I need?
A valid driver’s licence helps for most roles. A DZ or AZ is a strong asset for winter work.
What are the winter hours like?
Winter runs from November 15 to April 15, and you must be available for on-call storm work. Shifts depend on the storm and can run from 4 to 6 hours up to 12 to 15 hours. Over a whole winter, hours average around 20 per week, with more during long stretches of bad weather. Early and late in the season, there’s extra work setting up and wrapping up.
