- Site visit. We come to the property and look at the job before we price it.
- Written quote. An itemized quote, broken out stage by stage, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
- Design and build. Our own crews and equipment, one point of contact from start to finish. Design work is billed hourly, with revisions included.
- Walk-through. We walk the finished job with you before we call it done.

Which areas do you serve?
Belleville, Quinte West (including Trenton) and Prince Edward County, and anywhere within about 30 minutes of our Belleville or Trenton office.
Do you handle both commercial and residential properties?
Yes. We look after homes, cottages and waterfront properties, and commercial sites, condos and property-managed buildings.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
How far ahead should I book a snow contract?
Commercial sites: as early as possible. Most contracts are set in late summer, and we take on new sites through the fall as route capacity allows. Homes: ideally by October.
How do quotes work?
We visit the property, then send a written quote itemized stage by stage.
