Property Maintenance
Turf care
Cutting, trimming and edging on a set schedule, plus the seasonal work that keeps a lawn worth cutting in the first place.
What a turf contract covers
Cutting and trimming
On a set schedule through the season, with trimming and edging every visit rather than when it starts to show.
Seasonal work
Aeration, overseeding and topdressing at the right point in the season, which is what decides how the lawn looks the following year.
Clean-ups
Spring and fall clean-ups, so the season starts and finishes properly.

A lawn is a soil problem
Thin, weedy turf is almost always compaction, thatch or the wrong cutting height rather than anything that gets fixed in one visit. We will tell you what your lawn actually needs, and if that is more than cutting, we will say so.

Year round, one company
The crews cutting your grass in July are the ones plowing the driveway in January, on one contract with one number to call. Snow and ice management.
Turf care questions
What turf care services do you offer?
Seasonal fertilizer programs, core aeration, dethatching, overseeding and topdressing. Many clients book aeration, overseeding and topdressing together to rejuvenate a tired lawn.
When should I aerate my lawn?
Spring or fall. Aerating before overseeding gives the new seed the best start.
Can you fix brown spots and bare patches?
Yes. We find the cause first, whether it’s pets, grubs, compaction, shade or drainage, then repair it so it doesn’t keep coming back.
Do you use pesticides?
No. We don’t apply pesticides or herbicides. We improve lawns through proper mowing, fertilizing, aeration and overseeding, which builds turf thick enough to crowd out weeds.
