Residential snow removal in Belleville and Quinte West
Driveways, walkways and entries for homes and cottages across Belleville, Quinte West, Trenton and Prince Edward County.
What a residential contract covers
The driveway
Plowed at the trigger depth set in your contract. Where the snow gets stacked is agreed before the season so it does not end up somewhere you need.
Walkways and entries
Cleared and treated with sidewalk de-icer, which is where the footing actually matters.
Priced per property
Length, layout, where the snow can go and how tight the standard needs to be. Snow contracts are pre-paid.

Same crews as the commercial work
The trucks and crews that clear your driveway are the ones that clear hospital and retail lots the same night. Same equipment, same dispatcher, same standard.
Through the season our own dispatcher answers the phone 24 hours a day at 613-967-5209. Not an answering service.

When we come out
Dispatch is set in the contract, not decided on the night. Most properties are contracted at a 5 cm / 2 in trigger.
Winter weather does not follow a schedule, and no contractor can keep a surface clear of snow and ice at every moment of a storm. What the contract does is set out exactly what we clear, at what depth, and in what order.
Where we plow
Belleville, Thurlow, Foxboro, Quinte West, Trenton, Frankford, Brighton, Wellington, Bloomfield, Picton and Prince Edward County. Service areas.
Residential snow questions
How does residential snow removal work?
Residential clients are on a seasonal contract. We plow your driveway, and we can also shovel sidewalks and steps if you add them to your contract.
When do you come out?
Once snowfall reaches your contract’s trigger depth, typically 2 inches, your driveway goes on that storm’s route. Your contract explains exactly how service works during a storm.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes. Residential routes are planned before the season and fill up. Book by October for the best chance of a spot.
Do you do one-time plows?
Not as a regular service. During large storms we sometimes take on one-time plows at a special storm rate, subject to availability. Contact our office for details.
Will plowing damage my lawn?
Some turf damage along driveway edges is normal when equipment pushes snow onto a yard, and gravel driveways will lose some gravel to the edges. Spring repair isn’t included in the contract, but we can do it for a small charge. Let us know as soon as the snow melts and we’ll put you on the spring list.
Book your driveway for the season
We get back to every quote request quickly. Contracts are set before the snow starts, so earlier is better.
