A Belleville landscaping and snow contractor since 1999
Chris Lamer started the business in 1999 and incorporated Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing Ltd. in 2015. We work out of the yard at 138 College Street West in Belleville. Three divisions, one company: snow and ice through the winter, grounds maintenance through the green season, and landscape construction year round.
Three divisions, one company
One contractor for the whole property, through the whole year. The same office books the plow in January and the patio in June.
Snow & ice management
Plowing at the trigger depth written into your contract, lot de-icing, sidewalk and entry salting, and hauling when the piles run out of room. Seasonal, hybrid, hourly and per-visit contracts.
Grounds maintenance
Turf care on a set schedule, bed and garden work, spring and fall clean-ups and seasonal colour, for commercial properties, condominiums and homes.
Landscape construction
Patios, retaining walls, steps, decks, fencing, planting, pools, docks and shoreline work, along with the grading, drainage and site preparation underneath.
Winter is a division here, not a sideline
Our own dispatcher answers the phone 24 hours a day through the season at 613-967-5209. Not an answering service, and not voicemail.
Plowing happens at the trigger depth written into your contract, so you know what triggers a visit before the season starts rather than after the first storm.
The construction side
Interlock, natural stone and armour stone. Patios, walkways, steps and retaining walls, decks and gazebos, fencing and pool enclosures, docks and shoreline work.
A Techo-Bloc Certified Pro Contractor. Estimates are broken out stage by stage with every line item priced on its own, so you can follow the project and the cost through to the end of it.
Insured and documented
Covered by commercial general liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance available on request.
Service logs for every visit, salt and de-icer records, and photo records. That is what a property manager needs when a slip-and-fall claim lands on their desk.
