Docks and watercraft lifts
Dock installation and watercraft lifts on the Bay of Quinte, the Trent and the lakes across Prince Edward County.
What we install
Docks
Sized and anchored for the depth, the bottom and the exposure of your shoreline, with decking chosen for bare feet in July.
Watercraft lifts
Lifts set and levelled for the boat you actually own, in a position that still works at low water.
Access
The path, steps and shoreline work that get you from the lawn down to the dock without a scramble.

Built for the water it sits in
Exposure decides everything at the shoreline. A dock that is fine in a sheltered bay gets taken apart by a north wind on open water, so depth, bottom type and fetch set the design before the material does.

Approvals at the shoreline
Work at the water’s edge is regulated. Depending on the site, approval from the conservation authority may be needed before anything is installed. We will tell you what your property needs before the job is quoted, not after.
Dock and lift questions
What do you offer for docks and lifts?
Dock and watercraft lift sales, installation, repairs, and seasonal installation and removal.
Do you install and remove docks each season?
Yes. Book your spring install and fall removal through our office.
Do I need a permit for a dock?
It depends on whether the dock is permanent or seasonal. Some installations need approval from the local conservation authority and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. We can help with the application, but the permit remains the homeowner’s responsibility.
Where do you work on the water?
The Bay of Quinte, the Trenton area and Prince Edward County.
