What to send us
The more of this we have up front, the fewer rounds it takes to reach a firm number.
The site
Address, or a list of addresses for a multi-site contract. A site plan or aerial image with the service area marked, if you have one.
The numbers
Lot square footage and walkway lengths in feet. Surfaces: asphalt, concrete, interlock, gravel. Where snow can be stacked, and whether hauling is likely.
The standard
Trigger depth, the hours the site has to be open, contract term and start date, and whether lot and sidewalk de-icing are in scope.
Tell us as well what insurance documentation you need with the submission, and your deadline.
What you get back
- A proposal broken out stage by stage, with every line item priced on its own.
- A written scope: what is serviced, at what trigger depth, in what order, and what is not included.
- Certificate of insurance.
We get back to every quote request quickly. Larger multi-site tenders take longer to price, and we will give you the date you will have it by when we acknowledge the request.
