Maintenance questions
What’s included in a maintenance plan?
Plans are built around your property and can include mowing, trimming, bed care, pruning, and spring and fall clean-ups. Our free Maintenance Checklist shows what each level of care includes.
How often do you come?
Lawn cutting is weekly through the season. During dry summer heat, when the grass goes dormant, we may pause for a week or two until it recovers.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. Our maintenance agreements run 5, 7 or 12 months, depending on the services and whether you want year-round care.
Do you look after cottages and seasonal properties?
Yes. We maintain homes, cottages and waterfront properties across Belleville, Quinte West and Prince Edward County, including properties where the owners aren’t there every week.
Can I add snow removal to the same plan?
Yes. Many clients use us for grounds in summer and snow in winter, with one company and one contact all year.
