Spring
- Spring cleanup: winter debris, branches and matted leaves cleared and hauled away.
- Turf repair: lawn damaged over the winter repaired.
- Garden bed edging: beds edged clean, ready for mulch.
- Spring aeration and dethatching: the lawn opened up and cleared of thatch.
- Spring fertilizer: the lawn set up for the growing season.
- Grass cutting begins: and carries on all season.
- Irrigation opening: systems started up and checked.
- Spring pruning: where needed, though most pruning comes a little later.
- Seasonal planters begin: first planting of pots and planters.
Late spring and early summer
- Annual plantings: fresh annuals in beds and planters.

- Garden bed maintenance: through the whole season.
- Seasonal planters: refreshed two to three times between spring and fall.
- Irrigation adjustments: mid-season, as the weather changes.

- Garden bed maintenance: spent plants cleared out and beds put to bed for winter.
- Fall planters: the last seasonal change-out.
- Irrigation closing: systems shut down before the freeze.
- Fall cleanup: leaves cleared and hauled away.
Grass cutting and lawn care run right through it all. When the season ends, we’re ready for winter too, with residential snow removal.
Seasonal contracts
Many of our maintenance clients are on a seasonal contract. You choose the services the property needs, we set the schedule up front, and the work carries on through the season without you having to call and book each visit.
