What a Quinte West contract covers
- Lot plowing at the trigger depth written into your contract (most commercial sites are contracted at 5 cm / 2 in)
- Salting and de-icing for lots, entries and ramps, with application records
- Sidewalk crews for entries and fire routes, quoted per site
- Hauling when storage runs out, pre-approved in the contract if you want it
- Service logs, salt records and photo records
- Commercial general liability insurance; certificate of insurance on request

Can we contract per visit instead of seasonal?
Yes. We offer seasonal, hybrid, hourly and per-visit contracts. Snow contracts are pre-paid.
What trigger depth do you offer?
Most commercial properties are contracted at 5 cm (2 in). Sites that need a tighter standard can be contracted at 2.5 cm (1 in) on approval.
How far ahead should we book?
Commercial sites: as early as possible. Most contracts are set in late summer, and we take on new sites through the fall as route capacity allows. Homes: ideally by October.
Do you do one-time plows?
One-time and on-call plowing is available in special circumstances, subject to availability. Contract clients are served first during a storm.
